On 3 September, Klättermusen opened a new store on Södra Hamngatan 37, and we made the food. The event agency Le Pacte ran the evening, we handled everything you could eat or drink: 450 small burgers for 300 to 400 guests, drinks poured, and glasses, tables and fridges rented and in place.

Three kinds went out over the evening:

Anthony Bourdain: mortadella, provolone and dijonaise. Named after a very famous sandwich by a very famous chef.
Chicken: fried chicken, crisp lettuce, ranch dressing, provolone and dill pickles.
Zucchini: grilled zucchini, olive tapenade, crisp lettuce and mozzarella.

We are happy to take on more. A store opening, a mingle, a party or a kickoff, large or small: we can cook the food, pour the drinks and sort out glasses, tables and fridges. Read more about our catering (in Swedish), or email [email protected] and we will take it from there.
